Chris Kemp
Business Studies graduate Chris Kemp has excelled in a number of client-facing roles, and has applied his corporate account management skills across several industries and sectors, particularly direct marketing and advertising. He has helped the agencies he has represented win substantial pieces of business in the automotive, logistics, travel, finance, computer gaming, publishing, fashion and retail sectors. With a foundation in sports management, Chris is one of the founding members of Ingenuity, and holds the role as Managing Director as well as overseeing the strategic direction of several key accounts.

James Brown
James Brown joined Ingenuity ABM in 2006 after working in several client facing roles as a senior research analyst and credit insurance underwriter. James was keen to move into marketing, and focus on developing his knowledge in addition to his research and finance capability. Most recently, James has continued to drive forward and develop Ingenuity’s business, directing strategic accounts and being responsible for data and knowledge management. James has travelled extensively in South America, and done charity bike rides in both Vietnam and China. James has a BA (hons) in International Business Administration from Bournemouth University, and has a keen interest in photography, music and cookery.

Shaun Varga
Shaun Varga began his career in 1985, after gaining an MA from Oxford, joining advertising agency J Walter Thompson as an account executive. He has worked at senior levels in a wide range of marketing services agencies in the UK and Europe, including advertising, film & video, digital, design, and public relations. He is also the co-founder of a number of agencies, including digital agency Glue and the new business development consultancy ingenuity, which helps both marketing services agencies and sporting organisations to generate new business. In his spare time he is a keen yachtsman, motorcyclist and player of the Great Highland Bagpipe. He is married with one daughter and lives in Surrey.
