Martin Cunnison, Director

Rajiv Dave, Director
Mr Dave has twenty years experience in the electronics industry covering a wide range of technologies including seven years of experience in design and development for the BBC where he worked on systems such as NICAM stereo sound, digital audio-based routers and digital audio monitoring equipment. Mr Dave is a prolific inventor who holds a number of world wide granted patents on various technologies.

Mr Dave is also a director of a UK-based design consultancy, www.disignconsultants.com, that has a broad level of expertise in product, electronic / software design and development ranging from consumer products, industrial systems, audio video systems, broadcast systems, communication technologies through to medical devices.

Mr Dave has held senior positions in publically listed companies and brings a wealth of corporate experience with him in the delivery of market leading technology.

David Taylor, FD
David is a Chartered Management Accountant with almost 30 years experience. He has held senior finance positions up to FD level in a wide variety of businesses from a transport subsidiary of what was then Guinness plc, to software house, Armature, developing logistics software for the retail industry. He has also worked for the commodities trading organisation Cargill and the manufacturing company Simon Engineering, as well as with an angel investor organisation, advising on investment opportunities both in the UK and USA.
