Technical Support Executive

At SAVORTEX®, a multi-award winning hand-hygiene technology company, we’re looking for an ambitious 1st and 2nd Line Technical Support Executive to join our team based in London. 

Our company is revolutionising workplace hygiene, safety and profitability using smart data. 





What You’ll Do

  • Technical support and fault resolution 

  • Talk clients to clients either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve technical issues

  • Set up, install, and configure hardware software and operating systems and applications

  • set up, monitor, and maintain computer systems, networks, and server dashboards

  • troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

  • design, coding and debugging of applications

  • defining and documenting operating procedures

  • managing order, stock and fault processing and the general delivery process on projects

  • understanding and analysing a client's organisation/operation and requirements to produce recommendations and technical design document

  • provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

  • support the roll-out of new software upgrades and applications

  • set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues

  • respond within agreed time limits to call-outs

  • prioritise and manage many open cases at one time

About You

  • A degree in an IT-related qualification and familiar with: 

  • Microsoft

  • Linux and Unix

  • Dynamic HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, useful to know frameworks such as Angular and/or React

  • Database design / SQL experience

  • Scripting for example Python, Bash

  • Cloud Technologies, including implementation and usage of AWS and GCP
