Business Development Manager -
Health Technology

We are looking for an experienced B2B solution sales business development specialist to join their team.


You’ll need a proven track record in generating multi-million-pound sales at board level selling multi-site Smart solutions into large corporates, landlord and building management companies.


You will be well respected and have existing deep relationships at board level who trust your leadership to hit the ground running.


You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organisation, and enhanced multitasking abilities. B2B, SAAS, technical solutions sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals and meet targets.


You will be a self-starter, experienced in researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy while retaining marketing partners.





What You’ll Do

  • Approaching your industry contacts and relationships and converting into a successful sales and strategic partnerships.

  • Sourcing new opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships and closing deals with direct and channel partners.

  • Research prospective direct clients in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful strategic partnership agreement.

  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.

  • Developed relationships and grow key company accounts and identify new prospects.

  • Have a strong understanding of company products, competition in the market and positioning.

  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on corporate competitors.

Required Skills

  • Ideally a BA or BS degree but not essential

  • 3 to 5 years proven track record in B2B solution sales generating multi-million-pound sales at board level in the FM, hygiene and smart buildings sector

  • Well respected with deep industry relationships at board level

  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software

  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements

  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
