We are seeking a Facilities Management Advisor who will have a strong understanding of workplace risk management, and the ability to use this expertise to influence corporations to introduce end-to-end data-led facilities and hygiene systems to drive commercial sales opportunities of SAVORTEX’s unique smart solutions to effectively and remotely manage workplace energy, resource and safety.

You will be able to build strong commercial relationships with corporate decision makers i.e. building, facilities and health & safety managers and procurement managers and deliver effective training and education to convey the critical need for complete management systems for standardised building safety, energy and operational management.

The candidate we are seeking:

  • The ability to build relationships with corporate decision makers and drive commercial sales opportunities.

  • Will have proven experience in facilities, energy and health and safety management and how you have instilled a culture change within an organisations.

  • Will have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all aspects of facilities, health and operational risk management.

  • The ability to provide expert guidance on current legislation, risk management and standards, surrounding facilities management.

  • The ability to deliver regular training and education to corporate businesses in risk management, to ensure corporate governance, legal compliance and best practice leadership when using SAVORTEX® systems.

  • Understands workplace wellbeing initiatives and how they add value to an Organisation.

  • Has the ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders.

  • Will have a consistent drive for improvement and the ability to exceed expectations.

  • Is an exceptional communicator, both written and face-to-face, in order to effectively drive commercial sales opportunities. This includes and is not limited to focus groups, events, webinars and public speaking.

  • Will build strong relationships with facilities, building and health & Safety managers.

  • Has a natural networking ability and people skills.

  • Has excellent reporting skills and time management.

Qualifications:

  • Certified facilitates manager (CFM)

  • BIFM Level 3 qualifications in facilities management

  • Chartered Membership of the Institute of Safety and Health - desirable

  • Qualification in Environmental Management (IEMA) - desirable

  • Familiarity with ISO 45001 accreditation - desirable

  • Familiarity with 27001 accreditation - desirable

  • Previous sales experience - highly desirable

  • Full Driving Licence

  • A strong positive attitude
