We are seeking a Health and Safety Advisor who will have a strong understanding of workplace risk management, and the ability to use this expertise to influence corporations to introduce end-to-end data-led hygiene systems to effectively manage workplace safety and infection control to drive sales opportunities for SAVORTEX's unique Smart hand hygiene solutions.

You will be able to build strong commercial relationships with corporate Health & Safety, Building and Facilities managers, HR, Operations and key decision-makers and deliver effective training and education to convey the critical need for complete management systems for standardised infection control. You will effectively recruit other Health and Safety professionals to expand your team, for limitless growth potential.

The candidate we are seeking:

  • The ability to build relationships with corporate decision makers and drive commercial sales opportunities.

  • Will have proven experience in a Health and Safety role with evidence of how you have instilled a culture change within an Organisation.

  • Will have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all aspects of health, safety and risk management, with a view to developing a deeper understanding of infection control.

  • The ability to provide expert guidance on current health and safety legislation, risk management and standards, surrounding infection control.

  • The ability to deliver regular training and education to corporate businesses in risk management and infection control, to ensure corporate governance, legal compliance and best practice professional health and safety leadership when using SAVORTEX® systems.

  • The ability to develop greater commercial opportunities with existing clients year on year.

  • Understands workplace wellbeing initiatives and how they add value to an Organisation.

  • Has the ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders.

  • Will have a consistent drive for improvement and the ability to exceed expectations.

  • Is an exceptional communicator, both written and face-to-face, in order to effectively drive commercial sales and convey health and safety guidance. This includes and is not limited to focus groups, events, webinars and public speaking.

  • Will build strong relationships with national and international Health & Safety Organisations.

  • Has a natural networking ability and people skills.

  • Has excellent reporting skills and time management.

Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH Diploma in occupational health & safety or equivalent and ideally CMIOSH (Minimum GradIOSH)

  • Qualification in Environmental Management (IEMA) - desirable

  • Chartered Membership of the Institute of Safety and Health

  • Familiarity of IOS45001 accreditation - desirable

  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 accreditation - desirable

  • BIFM Level 3 qualifications in facilities management - desirable

  • Previous sales experience - desirable

  • Full Driving Licence
