I've forgotten my username or password

If you can’t remember your username or password, send an e-mail to who will issue you with a new one.

How do I update my buildings electricity cost?

  1. Login to the portal with your username and password
  2. If you have access you will see a manage my heading, hover over the heading and click buildings
  3. The building management page will display, scroll down the list to find the name of your building, you can use the search box on the top right above the table to narrow down your search
  4. Select the building you would like to update and click Edit
  5. Make your changes on the edit screen and click Update

How do I add a new user to my account?

In order to add a new user to your account please e-mail with the name, e-mail address and level of access you would like them to have.

If you have multiple accounts associated to your e-mail address also specify which account you would like them adding to

The graph isn't showing any data

If the graph is not showing any data or is showing the message “Insufficient data to display graph” this is likely to be caused by the portal having no historic data for the building, location or washroom you have selected. If you think this is an error contact

I haven't received any alerts

  • Alerts will only be triggered if the number of dries for a washroom reaches it’s configured threshold, if you have recently updated the washroom threshold to a lower value than before it can take up to 24 hours for the new threshold to reflect on the dryer.
  • Alerts are only sent to people who are configured to be cleaners, if you are not configured to be a cleaner you will not receive an alert.
  • If you are using SMS to deliver your cleaning alerts check your SMS credit balance to ensure you have not run out
