How do I update my buildings electricity cost?
- Login to the portal with your username and password
- If you have access you will see a manage my heading, hover over the heading and click buildings
- The building management page will display, scroll down the list to find the name of your building, you can use the search box on the top right above the table to narrow down your search
- Select the building you would like to update and click Edit
- Make your changes on the edit screen and click Update
How do I add a new user to my account?
If you have multiple accounts associated to your e-mail address also specify which account you would like them adding to
The graph isn't showing any data
I haven't received any alerts
- Alerts will only be triggered if the number of dries for a washroom reaches it’s configured threshold, if you have recently updated the washroom threshold to a lower value than before it can take up to 24 hours for the new threshold to reflect on the dryer.
- Alerts are only sent to people who are configured to be cleaners, if you are not configured to be a cleaner you will not receive an alert.
- If you are using SMS to deliver your cleaning alerts check your SMS credit balance to ensure you have not run out
